Consultations

Our aestheticians provide a wide variety of services and procedures for women and men of all ages and skin types, as well as children age 12+ (limited offerings for children). Some of the treatments and medical grade skincare products offered in our spa require Dr. Asfa’s approval prior to the treatment. These treatments include: laser hair removal, laser vein and lesion treatments, microneedling, Morpheus8, certain medical grade chemical peels and skincare products, as well as treatments for certain medical skin conditions, such as acute acne. All injectables such as Botox, Juvederm and Kybella are exclusively administered by Dr. Asfa, both in the spa as well as our plastic surgery practice and require an appointment with him.

BASIC CONSULTATION - $25, 30 minutes

If you are a new client to Ziba Medical & Day Spa or are not sure what type of treatments or procedures to try, while it is not required, we highly recommend that you have an initial consultation with one of our aestheticians to discuss your skin concerns and goals so she can develop an individualized treatment plan for you. She can also recommend and customize a medical grade skincare regimen specific to your needs. If you are considering having a treatment immediately following your consultation, even if the specific treatment is yet to be determined/recommended by your aesthetician, we will schedule accordingly to ensure you have enough time with your provider.

SKIN EVALUATION WITH VISIA ANALYSIS - $35, 45 minutes

During this appointment the aesthetician will perform a Visia Skin Analysis of the face, which provides an in-depth visual assessment of what’s happening on the surface as well as the subsurface of your skin. The aesthetician will review the results with you, discuss your skin concerns and goals, and then develop a personalized treatment plan for you, including recommendations for the appropriate products and treatments specific to your skin type and condition. Your aesthetician may repeat the Visia Skin Analysis during future visits so you can monitor your progress and see the improvements to your skin above and below the surface. Makeup should not be worn to this appointment. If you are considering having a treatment immediately following your Skin Evaluation with Visia, even if the specific treatment is yet to be determined/recommended by your aesthetician, we will schedule accordingly to ensure you have enough time with your provider.

FACIAL REJUVENATION/NON-SURGICAL BODY CONTOURING CONSULTATION WITH DR. ASFA - $90, fee will be applied towards the cost of aesthetic procedures discussed, including injectables, upon completion of the procedures. 45-60 minutes

During this appointment, you will discuss your aesthetic concerns and goals with our Board Certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Saied Asfa. He will examine you and advise you of the non-surgical treatment options he is able to provide to help you achieve your desired results. Topics may include FaceTite, Accutite, Morpheus8, microneedling, Botox, Filler, Kybella, laser vein or lesion treatments, non-surgical body contouring such as CoolSculpting, BodyTite and Cellfina. Dr. Asfa will explain the potential results and side effects of the procedures you are interested in, and will provide additional information concerning the long-term results. He may also share examples of before and after photos of the procedures you have discussed, and answer all of your questions. Dr. Asfa’s goal is for every patient to have realistic expectations and to ensure that his patients are comfortable with their decision for any cosmetic procedure. Certain procedures may be booked in conjunction with your consultation, such as injectables.
